Delivery Times:

• Inside Beirut: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 3 pm.
• Outside Beirut: 2–3 working days.
• International Orders: 3–8 working days via Aramex.

Important Information:

• A signed-for delivery service is used for reliability. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order.
• Missed deliveries will have a card left for re-delivery or depot collection.
• Customers are responsible for any customs or taxes incurred during international shipping.
• Refused deliveries will be charged the original delivery and return costs.
• Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.
